The OCV Management Team has a collective experience in the property industry of well over 30 years.

OCV Management is a member of the Strata Community Australia (Vic) (SCAV). Jason Steele is also a member of the Strata Community Australia.

Membership is conferred by SCAV on complying Management Companies. Each member must meet rigorous standards and satisfy strict criteria before they are considered for membership, including maintaining a prescribed level of Professional Indemnity Insurance, a commitment to staff training and compliance with the SCAV Code of Professional Conduct.

Members of the Institute are supplied with regular newsletters and updates, providing up to date industry information. Members are required to attend frequent seminars to further ensure the level of knowledge in the industry remains up to date and accurate.

Steve has a solid background in management and administration, specialist project management, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. His experience encompasses managing, advising, planning, and co-coordinating projects for various companies as well as the provision of consultancy based services in the area of Company Secretarial and General Management.

Complimenting this are the executive skills required to ensure interactivity with all level of stakeholder including directors, investors, contractors, clients, co-workers and customers. He possesses extensive experience in administration, finance, corporate structure and compliance, IT solutions, warehousing and logistics. He holds an REIV sub agents license. His knowledge of budget analysis and creation, cash flow projections and targets, business plans, proposals and presentations is exemplary.

He is a highly motivated and passionate leader. He integrates quickly into existing structures being a proven team builder and leader.

His diversity of skills and depth of experience adds another layer to our organizational structure which complements our strong property focus

Wenny has graduated with a major in Accounting from the University of Melbourne. Her academic background has provided a solid foundation of the required accounting knowledge and skills to support her role in our company. She was actively involved in different aspects of accounting gained from her work experiences in areas including travel, construction and wholesale of toiletries and gift wares.

She managed the day to day running of our financial accounting including monthly reporting, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, BAS preparation and lodgement.

Being a CA member, she is committed to undertake the continuing professional development (CPD) scheme including attending seminars. This is a professional requirement for her to maintain and develop the skills, knowledge and competencies to succeed in today's dynamic and demanding business environment.

Wenny also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
